Take one of our Clinical or reformer Pilates classes at our amazing new Melbourne CBD Pilates studio. Located on Flinders Lane, the Pilates studio contains state-of-the-art equipment to improve your posture, strength and core stability. We have Reformers, Trapeze Tables, Wunda Chairs and lots of other complementary equipment.

Whether it’s a reformer or Clinical Pilates class, all of our Pilates sessions are conducted by a Physiotherapist, which means that…

1. Your Pilates program is tailored to your rehab or fitness needs.
2. You can claim through your Private Health Insurance “Extras” to receive a rebate off every Pilates session. This can reduce your out-of-pocket costs by up to 75%!!!

Types of Pilates classes

Viva Pilates Club If you’re super keen on Pilates, this is the option for you! You pay a weekly fee and can then come to as many Mat Classes as you like. You can also upgrade to Equipment Super Classes for a small fee of $5 per class. With 38 classes running per week, you will always be able to find one that fits your schedule.  Membership is $35 per week paid by direct debit.

Mat Class A floor-based group class focussing on core stability and flexibility, occasionally using small equipment such as Swiss balls, magic circles and Therabands. Up to 10 people can join in these fun and upbeat classes. You can buy a pass for 10 Mat Classes and receive a discount off our casual rate. Prices range from free with a membership, to $25 for casual.

Equipment Super Class A circuit-style equipment class utilising Reformers, Trapeze Tables, Wunda Chairs and other complementary equipment for a small group of up to 5 people. These classes are great for both people who are recovering from injuries and for those who want to keep fit and toned. These sessions bring out the best in what the Pilates method has to offer. You can buy a pass for 10 Exercise Super Classes and receive a discount, as well as a free one-on-one session with a Physiotherapist at the end of the 10 sessions to re-assess your personalised program. Prices range from $5 with a membership, to $40 casual.

Introduction to Pilates Equipment Before you start the Equipment Super Classes, it’s a great idea to complete our Introduction to Pilates Equipment session. You will be taught how to use our equipment in a one-on-one session with a Physiotherapist, during which your tailored program will be written according to your individual needs. This session costs $85, however we are always having deal and promotions for this service, so please fill out our enquiry form if you would like to be sent info about these!

One-on-one Pilates Session Our Melbourne Physiotherapists are highly-trained experts in Pilates. Kathryn even lectures around the world for the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute. A great way to maximise the results of your Pilates sessions is to have a one-on-one session with one of our Physios. They will identify the areas that you should focus on to dramatically improve your core strength and stability. Prices range from $75-$105.

Book your own Reformer If you’re an experienced campaigner and know your way around our equipment, you are welcome to book your own Reformer and go through your exercises on your own. Please note that Reformers are only available for personal bookings outside of class times (see timetable). You can book a reformer for $20 per hour.
