Our dedicated studio, which is located in the centre of Melbourne is home to many amazing opportunities. Our physiotherapists run over 30 classes per week in different speciality areas so we can provide a program and plan to meet your specific needs.
 

Why should I do Pilates?

We have clients doing Pilates for all kinds of reasons – from the office worker who would like to treat or prevent back pain to the marathon runner who is getting hip pain after 15km. Pilates works by strengthening your core muscles in order to help the surrounding muscles to strength and work more efficiently. How does Viva Pilates work?

Clinical Pilates Stream

We use machines such as the reformer, wunda chair, Cadillac, foam rollers, magic circles, spin discs, barrels, spine correctors and other fancy material while you complete your own personalised program in a group of no more than 5 people. Read More…

With a maximum of 8 people, our physio can keep a close eye on you while you exercise using the mat, foam rollers, weight balls, magic circles and theraband.

Strength & Conditioning Pilates Stream

Pilates for Runners

A fun and up-beat class for up to 5 people with an emphasis on improving your technique and strength in running. Whether you’re marathon or couch-to-5km material or even playing a sport that requires running you’ll have fun in this class.

Pregnancy Pilates Stream

Pregnancy Pilates Classes

Whether you’ve had your baby, or are preparing for the arrival of your little one, our pregnancy classes cater to up to five pre or post natal ladies.  We will not only show you how to keep fit during pregnancy, maintain your posture, strengthen your pelvic floor and learn about the expected and unexpected changes in your body during this special time.
