Viva is the place where we take you from being in pain to using movement to transform your body, your strength, and your approach to life. Think of it as your own personal improvement space where you can be taught how to make your body move at its best, through our three-stage approach: Relieve, Restore and Perform.

You can meet us face-to-face in our sunny CBD studio, however, we also offer all of our services online, if you prefer the comfort of your own home.

Heal pain & injuryRelieve

Relieve is the first stage of the process. It’s all about taking away your pain. We’ll start with scans and a proper diagnosis, maybe a referral or two, then soothe things down with massage and manual physiotherapy.

Gain fitness & strengthRestore

Once we’ve got your pain under control, we can move on to the Restore phase. Building core strength and good technique, finding the underlying cause of your injury, and making sure it doesn’t happen again.
