In this 1-hour workshop, our physiotherapists will take you through the principles and practice of what it takes to have good stamina when doing an office-based role. We’ll go through ergonomics, desk set ups, sitting and standing desks, the all-important skill of sitting actively, desk-based hacks and our best physio-endorsed desk stretches for your neck, middle back and lower back.
