THERAPEUTIC YOGA
PROGRAM

Do you want to try yoga but you’re too scared or worry that you can’t touch your toes? Maybe you have an injury you would like to heal through yoga practice but you’re unsure where to start. Enter Therapeutic Yoga.

The idea of Therapeutic Yoga is to help you practice your Asanas (or poses) through a light Vinyasa-flow style, under the watchful eye of a physiotherapist.

Touching your toes is not the focus of our class. Our focus is to teach you how to build your postures from the ground up and do them in a way that is kind, nurturing and will make you strong.

During each class we will offer corrections and guidance to work within your own body, helping you to draw on mindfulness and focus to heal yourself.

IS THERAPEUTIC YOGA FOR ME?

Our clients come to Therapeutic Yoga for a variety of reasons.
If you’re experiencing chronic pain, regular yoga practice can help you manage the pain.
You might join us simply for a weekly stretch session to offset your other exercise,
or to overcome general stiffness.
We offer Vinyasa and Yin classes, and can also create a personalised
yoga and exercise program for you.

SUPERVISED BY A PHYSIO

All our classes are run by our physiotherapists where particular attention can be paid to the way you move.

Bespoke Programs

See us individually so we can tailor your journey as you learn and explore what Yoga has to offer you.

Injury Approved

Tell us a little about your injury and we can choose postures that help rather than hinder your recovery.

Mindfulness

We demonstrate a “beginner’s” approach to mindfulness to make it accessible to all.

LET'S GET STARTED

From here you can book a Therapeutic Yoga class or delve a little deeper by booking an appointment with one of our physiotherapists. They’re also trained yoga instructors! They can help you with a more individualised approach to physio, injuries and Yoga Practice.
