OUTDOOR RUNNING
GROUP

Run alongside a physiotherapist on a guided small-group run that is designed to be fun and informative.

This class runs each Friday morning at 7am. You can join in-person by the Yarra River, or use your phone to dial-in via Zoom.

Our physios will keep a watchful eye on your technique if you join in person, or happily answer your questions if you join online.

Either way, it's a great way to kick off the weekend with 45 minutes of movement!

with fluctuating levels of difficulty to suit all levels of experience. Our physiotherapists will provide you
with general tips and tricks to get the most out of your runs.

Not a runner?
That’s ok. We encourage everyone to get involved. You can even choose to walk!
