Starting on the 15th of August, Move for Minds is 10 weeks of supported exercise that can help you kick personal goals whilst raising money for a good cause! Move for Minds has been curated as a physical and mental health training program, where you are guided by professionals throughout the 10 weeks to improve those vital components of your health.
