In this one hour consult we’ll assess your running style, injury history and your body via
a series of physio tests using state-of-the-art technology. Then we can create a personalised
program to meet your running and fitness goals.

A tailored running or strength program will be designed to help you achieve your specific goals. The program is also a great way to touch base with your physiotherapist, progress your program, and structure goals to improve your performance.
To prepare, maintain and promote recovery. This may include deep tissue massage, trigger point release, assisted stretching and dry needling to keep your running performance at its optimum.
Circuit group session formulated to specifically work on the muscle groups that will help to improve your strength, endurance and technique for running.
Our Viva Outdoor running group is a physio guiding running session focused on different aspects of running better - technique, speed, hills, and endurance.
