Are you looking for a way to keep your body moving during pregnancy? If you would like to stay strong and prevent issues including pelvic joint pain and diastasis, this is the class for you.

Our Stay Fit in Pregnancy is a class specifically designed for women in the pre-natal period. It combines strength, Pilates, pelvic floor and birth training to help see you through your pregnancy in the best way possible.

We run multiple classes each week, supervised and led by our team of pregnancy physios to help you move safely through each trimester, as your bump grows.

WHERE DO I BEGIN?

Start by seeing one of our pregnancy physios to have your pelvic floor assessed on
real-time ultrasound, get your posture checked and undergo general screening to make sure
your body is ready for exercise. If you’re less than 16 weeks you can join our Therapeutic Yoga or
Pilates Mat Classes, but ultimately the Stay Fit in Pregnancy Classes are what will take you through.

Physiotherapist Supervised

All our classes are run by our physiotherapists in line with the Royal College of Obstetrician’s Guidelines.

Pelvic Joint Pain

Stay Strong and be pelvic-joint pain free by the specific advice we give you throughout.

Real Time Ultrasound

We can show you what your pelvic floor looks like on the ultrasound to help with assessment and training.

Physiotherapist Care

Your physio is available for you throughout your pregnancy if you need any further care in the way of pregnancy massage or hands-on physiotherapy.
