Lunge Like a Pro

We all should be lunging more. Lunges are an essential exercise to improve our functional mobility and strength. However, lunges are commonly avoided due to pain or instability which prevents bodies from performing them properly. In this workshop, we will take you through how to lunge well, and common errors we see with lunges. If you struggle or avoid lunges, or don’t lunge at all, look forward to opening your mind and your repertoire.
