In this workshop, we will help you further develop the principles necessary to achieve your running goals. We will build beyond the fundamentals of running by exploring the significance of technique and running-specific strength to get the most out of your run. This workshop is suitable for people of all running backgrounds, from the first time runner to the advanced.

Cost for groups: Online or in-person delivery to up to 100 people – $1,100 incl. GST
